Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Missouri seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with nursing standards.

You will educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care, promote safety, and coordinate care plans across the health team in a home-based setting.

Required: RN license with Diploma/Associate’s; Bachelor's preferred, plus at least two years’ experience.
