Job summary

UNT Health Fort Worth is seeking a dedicated Neurologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical and academic team. The Assistant Professor will provide direct patient care at UNT Health clinics and affiliated sites, while contributing to medical education and scholarly activities.

Ideal candidates hold MD/DO, completed neurology residency, and are board eligible or certified, with license eligibility in Texas.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Neurology.
• Board eligible or board certified in Neurology.
• Eligible for or holds an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through UNT Health clinics and affiliated clinical sites.
• Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and other learners in clinical settings.
• Participate in scholarly, quality improvement, or research activities aligned with departmental goals.
• Contribute to departmental and institutional committees or initiatives.
