Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Counselor Education or related, CACREP compatibility preferred.
• CACREP standards knowledge or credentials via prior full-time faculty experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in graduate-level teaching (in-person and online).
• Experience with diverse student populations and commitment to inclusion.
• Ongoing scholarship and publication record; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level courses (on campus and online) in Counselor Education: Clinical Mental Health Counseling; may teach undergraduate courses.
• Maintain 18-credit teaching load per academic year; contribute to program/department activities and CACREP compliance.
• Advise master's students and engage in research and scholarly work; publish and present findings.
• Participate in program development, articulation partnerships, and external funding efforts.
• Serve on college and department committees; assist with hiring and mentoring part-time faculty.
• Participate in student recruitment, admissions, and program development initiatives.
