Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Knowledge of DSM-5 or ICD-10 diagnostic criteria.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using clinical interviews, standardized assessment instruments, and collateral information.
• Evaluate patients' psychological, emotional, and social functioning to identify mental health disorders and risk factors.
• Document assessment findings clearly in patient records and prepare detailed reports for healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health assessment tools, diagnostic criteria, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards related to patient confidentiality and assessment procedures.
• Provide feedback and support to patients and their families regarding assessment outcomes and available resources.
