Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Basic Life Support within 1 month of hire.
• Must obtain Kaiser Medication Administration Competency within 90 days.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer literacy and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize patient visits with tests and records for clinician review.
• Perform diagnostic tests and basic clinical procedures within scope.
• Manage clinician schedule and non-face-to-face communications.
• Document patient data in the EMR and communicate with patients/department.
• Support team workflow and onboarding of new staff.
