Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current National Medical Assistant Certification.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians with direct patient care and administrative tasks in ambulatory clinics.
• Maintain patient scheduling, documentation and follow-up communications per protocols.
• Prepare exam rooms, collect vital signs and document in EMR KP HealthConnect.
• Support care team to ensure timely, quality patient experience.
