Chugach Government Solutions in Bronx, NY seeks an experienced career technical training (CTT) instructor to deliver instruction to students in a medically related field. Qualifications

• Associate degree in medical related field.
• Three (3) years recent work experience in a medical field as a medical assistant and one (1) year teaching/training experience.
• Successfully pass background check and drug test required on the contract.
• Current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• State of New York teaching certificate or industry recognized certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with CTT instruction in a designated area of instruction.
• Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, and/or study habits.
• Coordinate with other industry team members to resolve issues affecting student training.
• Develop and prepare lessons. Recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.
• Participate in student performance evaluations. Prepare required documentation and evaluations.
• Administer and correct tests. Maintain progress and attendance reports.
• Access and training students to use computers and applicable software.
• Monitor student progress in the program by ensuring compliance with Data Integrity guidelines.
