Job Summary

The Clinical Materials Handler supports laboratory production and R&D operations by managing the receipt, storage, tracking, inventory control, and distribution of clinical and laboratory materials. This role operates in a regulated environment and requires strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, documentation practices, and adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with inventory, materials management, warehouse operations, or supply chain support
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, GMP, GLP, ISO, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to follow SOPs and detailed procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of material handling, inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • Experience supporting laboratories, manufacturing, or R&D teams

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
