Qualifications

• Current Ohio Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely SOAP notes and patient documentation.
• Build positive, professional relationships with patients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.
