You will engage in process improvements, ensure quality, and perform operator care on complex equipment while maintaining accurate batch records and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Biotechnology manufacturing or laboratory experience.
• Familiarity with Production Control Systems and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to team deliverables and coordinate with team members.
• Manage personal time and professional development; be accountable for results.
• Follow procedures to complete tasks within set time frames.
• Identify and solve moderately routine problems.
• Complete assignments with moderate supervision and refer deviations to supervisor.
• Ensure work accuracy, quality, and standards adherence.
• Engage cross-functionally with tech transfer, quality, and engineering; support improvement via root cause analysis.
• Implement cGMP practices and safe handling for solid dosage processing.
• Perform operator care tasks for complex pharmaceutical equipment.
• Generate and maintain batch records and in-process run sheets.
