Overview

With headquarters in London and Durham, NC, we are looking for a Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality clinical trial services for our clients and patients worldwide. This role will be pivotal in managing healthcare provider relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting clinical trial operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational setup and delivery of Patient services.
• Manage clinical trial coordination, ensuring patient safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for healthcare providers, trial sites, and patients.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, data protection, and country-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Business Development, Proposals, Finance, and Project Management) to align clinical operations with company objectives.
• Train and oversee healthcare providers to ensure adherence to trial protocols.
• Have the opportunity to attend investigator meetings and present our service to the study team, clients, and site staff.
• Monitor patient feedback, implement quality improvements, and manage incident reports.
• Contribute to business development, supporting client meetings and proposals

What We’re Looking For

• Clinical background - Registered Nurse with clinical trial experience.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research, ideally in patient-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance for clinical trials.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of conduct.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with patients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
