Intuitive Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead non-physician clinical staff in Evansville, IN, reporting to the Program Director in partnership with Deaconess Health System. The ideal candidate holds a BSN with an active RN license, 5+ years nursing experience, and management or charge nurse background in an emergency department, plus ACLS and PALS/ENPC certifications.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the non-physician clinical staff in concurrence with the Program Director and Hospital Partner to provide patients with great customer service through sound clinical practices and efficient operations. As a leader, the Clinical Manager is expected to provide an environment that encourages teamwork, continuously improvement, and is patient centric.

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Incumbent will be required to work at any facility and be responsible for their own transportation.
