We’re changing lives every day for patients and our team. We’re a rapidly expanding primary care provider seeking a Care Supervisor to lead clinical operations, direct staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality standards.
Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Servicing the needs of our patients, run the clinical operations of the center to ensure operations meet the demands of the center, leadership and growth demands.
- Lead and monitor performance of clinical operations and implement progressive improvements when needed.
- Ensure key performance targets are met, including but not limited to SSP metrics, wait times, care team integrity and Care Promoter engagement and turnover.
- Lead great quality selection and hiring of clinical staff including Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Promoters and Medication & Pharmacy Techs.
- Collaborate with PCPs to manage care team performance.
- Provide and facilitate orientation and onboarding of new care team members, ensuring they are fully trained in philosophy of care, patient flow and clinical competencies to successfully perform their duties.
- Ensure OSHA, clinical and quality standards of ChenMed are met by monitoring performance and implementing corrective action plans when needed.
- Provide ongoing education and training in collaboration with the Market Clinical Manager to enable team members to meet patient care and organizational priorities.
- Supervise completion of patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning care team members and following up on work results.
- Manage and monitor operation of medical and administrative equipment by verifying emergency equipment availability; ensuring completion of preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Manage medical supply inventories to optimum levels by maximizing efficiencies.
- Complete all required training to dispense medications from medication room.
- Perform other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus other database and/or presentation software.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 10% of the time.
- Spoken and written fluency in English; bilingual a plus (Spanish/Creole).
- This job requires use and exercise of independent judgment.
Education and Experience Criteria
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- BA/BS degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or a healthcare related field preferred.
- Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in current state of employment OR a nationally accredited Certified Medical Assistant required; other clinical licensure/certifications above the minimum requirement may also be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in a medical clinic, hospital or similarly regulated healthcare environment required.
- A minimum of 2 years management experience with direct reports required; in a medical clinic, hospital or similarly regulated environment strongly preferred.
- IV Therapy certification for LPNs where required by State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required within first 90 days of employment.
- Experience working with geriatric patients is preferred.
- EMR system experience a plus.
Pay Range
$54,358 - $77,655. Base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonuses or commissions.
