Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Manager I, RN specialized in Occupational Health in Houston, TX. This hybrid role requires 2+ years RN experience and at least 1 year in occupational health, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote working.

The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality health services, maintain confidential records, and coordinate care including screenings and referrals in a pharmaceutical/medical devices setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Texas) is required.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• At least 1 year of occupational health experience.

Responsibilities

Type: Contract (6+ Months, Possibility for Hire)

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, M-F 8-5)

About The Role

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for employee health and wellness? We are seeking a Clinical Manager I, RN, to deliver high-quality occupational health services within a leading pharmaceutical/medical devices organization. This hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) is designed for RNs with 2-4 years of experience and at least 1 year in occupational medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide health services and programs to employees on company premises.
• Perform basic medical care and screenings, including vision tests, emergency care, and referral coordination.
• Evaluate workplace health risks and implement preventive healthcare programs.
• Promote employee wellness through disease and accident prevention initiatives.
