Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee a care unit and lead the assigned team in delivering high-quality care for residents. You will ensure safety, comfort, and a home-like atmosphere while coordinating admissions, care planning, and discharge processes.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the therapy team and updating care plans as changes occur. Strong English communication and at least one year in long-term care are required.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong managerial abilities.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Minimum of one year of experience in long term care or health care.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Manager coordinates the admission, care plan, and discharge process while leading a team to excellence.
• The Clinical Manager communicates with the therapy department when necessary and ensures changes to the care plan are updated timely.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
• Good managerial skills and aptitude.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long term care or health care.
