Hope Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Harbor Point Lapeer location in Lapeer, MI. This full-time on-site role involves dispensing medications, monitoring client care, and collaborating with RNs and physicians to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

You will mentor staff, participate in training programs, and support residents in daily operations. Requirements include an active LPN license, at least one year of clinical experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and

Qualificações

• Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• 1+ year clinical experience required.
• Proven leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to interact with staff and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Valid driver's license per Hope Network policy.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense, monitor and evaluate client medications and guide staff in medication distribution.
• Coordinate and implement infection control procedures and quality assurance measures.
• Take and transcribe doctor orders as needed per policy.
• Collaborate with RN/physicians for triage, assessments and interventions.
• Provide leadership and orientation to new staff and residents.
• Participate in staff training and student programs.
• Respond to crises and ensure safety of residents.
