This role requires a current clinical license and involves establishing relationships with case coordinators, physicians, and payors. The Clinical Liaison will also ensure patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments. Position Summary

The Clinical Liaison acts as a coordinator between internal and external referral sources, and the acute inpatientrehabilitation operations. The Clinical Liaisonis responsible forestablishingrelationships with case coordinators,physicians, payors, and other referral sources. The Clinical Liaison will ensureappropriate patientplacement throughclinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with both hospital Case Coordination and the InpatientRehabilitation Medical Director. The Clinical Liaison works closely with hospital Case Coordinators and the acute inpatient rehabilitation admissions team to ensure a responsive and smooth flowing referral and admission process.

Pay

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Clinical License
• Valid Drivers License

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
