The Sales Clinical Liaison acts as a patient advocate throughout the referral and admission process, ensuring patients are guided to the most appropriate level of care. This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) or an individual with an advanced clinical degree.
Proactively grow the organization by identifying new opportunities, building strong referral relationships, and representing the company in the community.
Act as a trusted, compassionate resource, educating patients and families about hospice services and guiding them through enrollment.
Strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers, ensure smooth communication between referral sources and clinical teams, and manage timely follow-ups and documentation.
Drive awareness and growth by educating stakeholders, analyzing referral trends, staying informed on market dynamics, and positioning the organization as a trusted leader in the community.
