Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts - Central Campus in Rochdale, MA is seeking a Clinical Liaison. You will educate referral sources, solve problems, and build lasting relationships with medical partners while working with Vibra's care teams.

Travel is frequent, including day trips and occasional overnight stays. Candidates should have healthcare experience, active licenses, and a drive to exceed referral quotas.

Qualifications

• Current, valid license to practice in the state (RN/LPN/OT/PT/RT/Social Worker) required.
• Recent healthcare experience in acute care, rehab, or home health required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel using air and ground transportation.

Responsibilities

• Educate, problem solve and build relationships with referral sources.
• Obtain referrals, complete eRehab or LTRAX assessments.
• Plan, organize and execute the Business Departmental plan.
• Serve as the primary contact between community, referral sources, and Vibra Hospital Team.
