Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a Clinical Liaison to educate referral sources, secure referrals, and coordinate patient assessments across the Western Massachusetts market.

This role requires traveling to assigned accounts and representing Vibra in the community with professionalism and empathy. Ideally, the candidate holds active clinical licensure (RN/LPN/OT/PT/SLP/etc.), has recent healthcare experience, and possesses a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active clinical license in the state of practice.
• Recent healthcare experience required.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to educate, problem solve and establish relationships with referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Educate referral sources and build relationships to obtain referrals.
• Complete eRehab or LTRAX assessments.
• Participate in planning and executing the Business Departmental plan.
• Establish and maintain effective accounts relationships; travel as required.
