Job summary

Qualifications

Master’s degree or terminal degree in a health-related field from an accredited institution.
Current active Florida licensure as a healthcare professional (as appropriate) by start date.
Position requires periodic travel to regional campuses; valid Florida/Georgia driver’s license within 60 days of hire.
Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or clinical instruction in health professions education.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of integrated clinical skills curriculum materials for medical and physician assistant students.
Assist with design and facilitation of small group learning sessions and simulation-based instructional activities.
Provide informal coaching, tutoring, and clinical skills support to students.
Contribute to interprofessional education initiatives and curriculum integration efforts.
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of OSCEs.
Assist in orientation, training, assessment, and quality assurance of standardized patients.
Develop clinical case scenarios and program scenarios into simulation systems and task trainers.
Support troubleshooting and instructional use of simulation technologies.
