Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking RNs with leadership experience to supervise and guide nursing teams in a long-term care environment. Open to enhancing resident care, staff development, and care coordination using clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• RN Licensed to work in the state with an active, unencumbered RN license.
• Willingness to lead and mentor staff in a long-term/skilled nursing setting.
• Proficiency with PCC-Point Click Care EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to residents and staff.
• Support and develop direct care staff to uphold care standards and culture.
