About the Fellowship

NYC Health + Hospitals, in collaboration with the Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C., is accepting applications for the 2027–2028 class of Clinical Leadership Fellows. The program is a 12‑month curriculum designed to develop the next generation of clinical leaders in quality, population health, and health care administration.

Eligibility

Program participants must be post‑residency physicians, including any graduate of an ACGME‑accredited residency program or a current resident on track to graduate by June 2027.

Program Overview

Each Fellow will be placed in NYC Health + Hospitals’ Central Office or a Facility Office for hands‑on experience, supplemented by leadership meetings and the development and execution of a substantial quality improvement or population health‑oriented project.
