Piedmont Athens Regional Specialty Services is seeking an APP Lead-Retail to oversee clinical operations and lead providers and staff toward career growth and high performance. This role focuses on quality care, patient engagement metrics, and profitability while maintaining hands-on clinical involvement across outpatient and inpatient settings.

The ideal candidate will possess an MSN, Georgia APRN license (or PA with NCCPA), and supervisory experience, with a commitment to exceptional patient

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Physician Assistant program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board. Required
• 1 year previous supervisory or lead experience. Preferred
• ACLS Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• PA - Physician AssistantLicensed in Georgia with NCCPA certification upon hire. Required
• ACNP - Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Licensed in Georgia Upon Hire Required

Responsabilités

• Performs a variety of patient care activities in accordance with established standards and practice.
• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties and clinical activities of the APP's in a variety of settings to include but not limited to the outpatient clinic and inpatient setting.
