Joining our leadership team at Vida Guidance Center- Urban Health Plan's Article-31 Mental Health Clinic- we are seeking a dynamic new Clinical Lead Manager (LCSW). As the Clinical Lead Manager, you will support the Director of Vida Guidance Center with the success of our center, while serving as a support for the direct clinical supervision of therapists (LMSW, LMHC, LCATs) on the team. The Clinical Lead Manager provides clinical and operational oversight to ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services at VIDA Guidance Center. This role supervises staff, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, access, and overall program performance.
Minimum $100,000 per year; Maximum $115,000 per year
The position is onsite- 5 day/week schedule Monday to Friday schedule in Bronx, NY for 40 regular hours per week.
