Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology (MT), Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), or Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) or equivalent.
• Skill in microscopic analysis and proficiency in conducting medical laboratory procedures.
• Strong analytical skills in Blood Bank theory and applied chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical testing on specimens using various technologies.
• Conduct quality control and assurance procedures for accurate reporting.
• Display competency in phlebotomy across all age ranges.
