Responsibilities

• Maintains departmental policies, quality assurance, safety standards.
• Maintains required records, reports and statistics.
• Performs phlebotomy procedures as assigned; labels specimens appropriately.
• Reports equipment or procedural malfunctions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
