Qualifications

• Associates of Science in biological or chemical science required.
• Military medical laboratory training with Lab Technician designation.
• High School GED or diploma with military medical laboratory training.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and moderate clinical laboratory procedures.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of tests under leadership direction.
• Maintain calibration and troubleshooting of major automated equipment.
• Provide clinical correlation of results and rapid notification of critical values.
• Maintain records of calibration, quality control, and proficiency testing.
• Assist in evaluation and documentation for new procedures and equipment.
