Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital seeks an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead workflow and staff assignments for clinical lab tests following established verification, processing, testing and reporting procedures.

Leads and coordinates workflow and staff assignments for medical laboratory technicians and team members performing clinical laboratory tests according to established procedures of verification, processing, testing, and reporting.
Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience required.
Education: Associate's degree or higher in Science required upon hire OR Associate's degree or higher in related field required upon hire.
Additional Education Information: A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: MT - Certified as a Medical Technologist through American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) required upon hire OR MT - Certified as a Medical Technologist through American Medical Technologists (AMT) required upon hire OR MLT- Certified Medical Laboratory Technician through American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) required upon hire OR MLT - Certified Medical Laboratory Technician through American Medical Technologists (AMT) required upon hire OR MLS - Certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist through American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) OR MLS - Certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist through American Medical Technologists (AMT) required upon hire.
