Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Templeton, CA, is seeking a skilled clinical laboratory professional to join our in-office team. You will perform CLIA-compliant testing, operate core instruments, ensure QC, and document results promptly in LIS while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• CLIA-compliant clinical lab testing with strict SOP adherence.
• Operate and maintain core instruments; perform calibration and QC checks
• Accurate data entry and result documentation in LIS; ensure data integrity
• Timely interpretation of results; communicate critical findings to clinicians
• Follow safety protocols; participate in incident reporting and corrective actions
• Assist in method validation/verification; support deployment of new assays
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets
• Track performance metrics; pursue continuous skill growth and development

Responsibilities
