Pay range: $21.79 - $32.69

Overlake Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for a per diem Clinical Lab Assistant. The Clinical Lab Assistant is responsible for specimen collection (venipuncture/fingerstick), preparation, and other duties as assigned that are consistent with skills and training, including but not limited to:

• Phlebotomy
• Specimen Processing
• Point of Care Testing

Shift: Per Diem

Qualifications:

• License through Washington State Department of Health - Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification (PC)
• Technical training/certification in phlebotomy
• High School diploma or GED
• Six months hospital experience preferred
• Experience with phlebotomy on neonatal, pediatric, geriatric, adult, trauma, and critical patients preferred
• At least two (2) years of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Customer Service experience preferred
