Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Label Printer to produce high-quality clinical labels for study supplies and maintain label stock, ensuring printers are properly maintained and documents are accurate. The role also involves printing blind-breaker and randomization envelopes as needed.

The position requires adherence to cGMP guidelines, attention to detail, and proactive training updates. Collaboration with QA and packaging teams is expected to meet study timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy when completing all activities.
• Knowledge of clinical trial design and clinical packaging processes preferred.
• Have a solid understanding of cGMP’s and how they pertain to the label generation process for clinical studies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient at multi-tasking, responsible for timelines, provide status updates on an ongoing basis to ensure all work meets cGMP’s procedures.
• Computer proficient.
• Ability to provide quality, detail-oriented work in a changing environment.

Job Description

The Clinical Label Printer role is responsible for printing quality clinical labels that will be placed on clinical supplies used in clinical studies. In addition, the position is responsible for maintaining the label stock inventory and receives booklet labels from a Third Party Manufacturer. The individual has primary responsibility for the printers and must insure they are properly maintained. In addition, this role prints blind-breaker and randomization envelopes as required.

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Companybelieves ingood faith it will pay for this role at thetimeofthis posting based on the job grade for this position.Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographiclocation,andwemay ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may bemodified in thefuture.
