Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician (PRN) to support high-quality laboratory testing in a clinical laboratory. You will prepare specimens, perform routine and specialized tests, run quality control, troubleshoot instruments, and communicate results to clinicians and staff.

As a PRN employee, you may work variable hours with emphasis on accuracy, adherence to Standards of Behavior, and ongoing certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related medical/scientific discipline (0–1 year experience)

Responsibilities

• Prepare specimens for testing and perform routine laboratory tests.
• Perform quality control and troubleshoot QC errors and instrument issues.
• Communicate technical information to medical staff and laypersons.
• Assist with training laboratory personnel and participate in continuing education.
