Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligible to perform clinical lab testing under SOPs and review results for accuracy.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot basic lab instruments and QA procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork with healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze samples in hematology and chemistry per SOPs.
• Set up, run, maintain, and adjust laboratory instruments.
• Perform quality control and infection control procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy as needed.
• Complete forms and report findings to nurses/physicians.
• Maintain patient and specimen records accurately.
