Job summary

Forbes Top 100 Hospital in Newark/Gratiot, OH seeks an MT/MLT with ASCP certification to join a brand-new facility. The role offers full-time, 40 hours per week, and a generous compensation package with shift differentials, sign-on bonus, and full benefits.

Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited MT/MLT program and hold MT/CLS or MLT/CLS certification. Experience in blood bank is a plus, and new grads with clinical lab rotations are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician program.
• MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification required.
• Blood Bank experience is a plus; new grads considered if clinical completed in a high-volume lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform various clinical laboratory tests to obtain data for diagnosis and treatment by following procedures, operating and maintaining equipment as directed.
