Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical lab science with chemistry and biology/microbiology coursework, or
• Associate degree with 60+ semester hours including chemistry and biology/microbiology and 5 years CLS experience, or
• HS diploma and 10 years CLS experience in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology or Immunology within last 15 years

Responsibilities

• Process specimens and operate automated lab equipment to produce accurate results.
• Maintain quality control and specimen integrity under safety protocols.
• Train new staff and serve as a technical resource while managing inventory.
• Communicate with supervisors and cross-shift teams for continuous patient care.
• Resolve technical problems and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
