Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician by ASCP BOC or equivalent.
• Greater than one year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs sample assessment, receiving, accessioning, processing, and testing to support laboratory results.
• Performs quality control testing and instrument maintenance.
• Acts as a teaching/resource presence for staff and students as assigned.
• Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned by leadership.
