Responsibilities

• Assist in training and orientation of new technologists.
• Direct work of laboratory assistants and auxiliary personnel.
• Maintain working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures.
• Comply with quality control policies and support the hospital's mission and performance improvement plan.
