Job summary

Labcorp in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across Molecular, Coagulation, Allergy/Serology and Microbiology. The role follows a Tue-Sat schedule, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with emphasis on accuracy, timely results, and staff development.

You will supervise personnel, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvements while maintaining QA/documentation and payroll records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technologist.
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Molecular, Coagulation, Allergy/Serology and Microbiology.
• Ensure tests are accurately performed and results reported timely.
• Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel.
• Monitor daily workflow and staffing to ensure coverage.
• Maintain quality control and prepare QA records.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP and state regulations.
