Job summary

  • Performs clerical tasks and accessioning per testing protocols; maintains equipment and quality control.
  • Performs waived laboratory testing; documents patient reports and quality control activities.
  • Upholds applicable laws and regulations related to position and lab operations.
  • Documents daily/weekly/monthly tasks on work area lists.
  • Delivers service excellence and adapts communication for diverse patients; researches problems and resolves issues.
