Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in a clinical field or at least three years of clinical experience.
• IT experience preferred; EPIC certification anticipated.
• ITIL knowledge and certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, and maintain clinical information technologies.
• Use data to support clinical decision-making and identify outcomes.
• Research and analyze workflows to improve applications and create reports.
• Provide strong customer service and promote team-based approaches.
• Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking with time management.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and daily practice.
