Description

The University of Rochester School of Nursing is seeking adjunct clinical instructors for the pediatric specialties. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a RN license, and relevant practice experience.

The School of Nursing offers nationally accredited baccalaureate, masters, and doctoral degree programs. The University of Rochester School of Nursing prepares nurses to meet the challenges of health care in the twenty‑first century. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach groups of students in the school’s pre-licensure pediatric nursing courses in labs and/or clinical settings.
• Participate in required course-related meetings, program faculty meetings, and faculty committees as needed or selected.
• Assist in student clinical assessments and grading assignments.
• Serve as a resource/advisor/mentor for students.
