The Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS) serves as a professional role model in promoting the understanding, integration, and effective use of information technology in healthcare settings. The CIS acts as a liaison between clinical practice and Information Services, supporting clinical and interprofessional caregivers throughout the care continuum in the implementation, learning, use, adoption, and optimization of clinical technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
