In collaboration with appropriate clinical departments, relevant support departments, and information technology, the Clinical Informatics Project Manager develops, implements, and supports the core functions of the enterprise clinical information system to enable cost-effective, high quality, and safe patient care. This position leads physicians, nurses, and other clinicians in design, implementation, workflow optimization, change management, and issue resolution related clinical applications. The incumbent integrates user needs, collaborates with Technical specialists, makes assessments and implements project plans. The Project Manager manages Clinical Informatics Projects and assists with system selection, design, database building, training, testing, activations and post activation activities.

Education: Bachelors Degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience as a licensed healthcare provider (e.g., nursing or respiratory care) and/or in clinical information technology
License / Certification: None.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $89.95 to $116.93
