Job summary

First Databank (FDB) seeks a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist Specialist to maintain clinical content using pharmacy knowledge, SQL analysis, and AI tools with a hybrid work model in Carmel, IN or South San Francisco, CA, onsite three days weekly.

Applicants should hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and active licensure, with at least 3 years of clinical experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited U.S. College of Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in at least one state.
• 3+ years of clinical experience (may include residency).

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned clinical content using established procedures and clinical pharmacy knowledge.
• Communicate evidence-based conclusions with accuracy and productivity.
• Collaborate while building knowledge of FDB data and customer systems.
• Occasional air travel for onsite meetings and continuing education.
