The Clinical Informaticist 1 will support vendor developed applications. Management of the ongoing requirements of the application is critical as is ensuring effective end-user support. The Clinical Informaticist provides ongoing support for assigned service areas and participates in process optimization to achieve desired outcomes.
2 years Experience in the clinical or business area that this role supports.
Support for some vendor applications requires formal certification. For positions that primarily support Epic applications, vendor certification is required within 4 months of the last date of training for a given certification track; if certification is not achieved within this timeframe employee will voluntarily resign from this position.
