CPH is seeking an onsite Clinical Informaticist in Alaska to optimize clinical information systems and workflows, collaborate with clinicians to improve EHR usage, and deliver targeted user training. In this role you will participate in data analysis to support system enhancements and contribute to smaller technology projects aligned with clinical needs.

The position emphasizes informatics fundamentals, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to established guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of Information Services experience in Healthcare, in a user-based capacity with healthcare IT systems.
• Experience in a clinical role utilizing electronic health records.
• Onsite position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Informaticist provides mid-level support for system issues, focusing on optimizing clinical information systems and enhancing workflow processes within the health system. This role involves collaboration with clinical staff to improve EHR utilization, delivering user training, and participating in data analysis to inform system enhancements. The Clinical Informaticist actively contributes to smaller-scale technology projects, helping to align clinical needs with informatics solutions while following established guidelines and best practices. This role requires a solid grasp of informatics concepts, building on foundational knowledge to support health system operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4 years of Information Services experience in Healthcare. Experience must be in a user-based capacity using healthcare-centric IT systems.
• Experience in a clinical role utilizing electronic health records.
