CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Clinical Informaticist in the Omaha area to lead the planning, implementation, and sustainment of clinical HIT with clinical understanding.
The role requires collaboration across stakeholders to ensure HIT strategies meet patient care needs, guide system optimization and quality reporting, and provide training on EPIC functionality. Applicants should have EPIC credentials and experience with EMR in clinical settings.
As our Clinical Informaticist, you will lead and support the planning, implementation, and sustainment of clinical health information technology (HIT) with clinical understanding.
Every day you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure HIT strategies meet patient care needs, provide input on system impacts, and guide ongoing strategy for system optimization and quality reporting.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a deep understanding of clinical processes and HIT, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills across all levels of healthcare interaction.
For applicants without clinical experience or license, they may be considered for a similar role as informatics analyst.
