Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Montana Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Experience with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and dispense medication orders for safety and accuracy.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services including MTM and dosing monitoring.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize regimens.
- Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding per USP standards.
- Monitor patient outcomes and prevent adverse drug events.
- Supervise technicians and interns to ensure compliant workflow.
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, including Joint Commission.
