Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• PharmD preferred.
• Two years pharmacy experience in an organized health care setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with supervisors, peers, support personnel and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services for patients in the assigned area.
• Educate co-workers, healthcare providers and patients on proper use and monitoring of pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure safe and accurate ordering and administering of all drugs and biologicals by following laws, rules and standards.
